Blanchard River Watershed

The watershed drains 771 square miles and includes parts of Allen, Hancock, Hardin, Putnam, Wyandot and Seneca counties. It is a 103-mile-long tributary of the Auglaize River in Northwest Ohio. It originates in Kenton and flows west toward Ottawa.​

The land use in the watershed is 81% row crop, 10% developed urban/residential, 6% forest, 3% pasture and grasslands and less than 1% open water/wetlands.
